Elisia Manuel


Elisia is the Founder and Creator of “Three Precious Miracles”. Elisia’s has a big heart for children and loves to give back to the community with 12 years of volunteer work with youth. She’s a dedicated mother, wife, sister, and friend that would do anything possible to help others in need. Elisia has 5 children that she considers her pride and joys of life. Elisia is very active in advocating for fostered youth to streamline services.



Tecumseh Manuel

Tecumseh is a community member of Gila River Indian Community.  He’s is proud devoted husband, and loving father to 5 wonderful children. He has over 10 year experience volunteering his time with youth and attending Indian Nations Camp for several summers. Mr. Manuel is dedicated to his community and giving back. He currently is attending college at Chandler/Gilbert community and pursuing his Masters degree at ASU in Business. 




Prosper Waukon

Prosper Waukon is an accomplished businessman, youth development specialist, management/employeetraining specialist, community developer, organizational strategist, human resources trainer. Prosper comes from a long line of Hocak (Winnebago) hereditary leaders from the Thunderbird Clan (tribal leadership clan).  As a single father, he supported his family and put himself through college while working three jobs and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota.
